Isaac H. Allen was born in Pa on Dec 12, 1838. He was a son of Thomas Allen and Alice Hicks. He was retired and married . He was living at 252 Prospect Ave., Ingram, Allegheny Co., Pa. and his demise was caused by jaundice. He was buried on June 9, 1917. E.K. Allen of Ingram was he informant.1

Many old friends willieam with great regret of the death of Isaac H. Allen, who formerly lived in Clarion for many years, and who died at his home in Ingram, Pa., Wednesday, June 6, 1917, and his body was laid to rest in the cemetery at that place last Saturday.
