The following bylaws of govern the Society’s internal operations, governance, and administration of the organization.

Effective January 1, 2026, the Society is organized and governed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The bylaws adopted under Pennsylvania law supersede all prior bylaws adopted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

These bylaws are currently in force and govern all activities, officers, committees, and operations of the Society.

Virginia Bylaws
Adopted: January 5, 2023
Effective: April 1, 2023

These bylaws governed the Society while it was organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. They are no longer in force and are retained solely for historical reference.
